What happens if my flight is delayed?
When you provide a valid flight number, we monitor published arrival updates and adjust your airport pickup time when needed. Please contact us about significant delays, diversions or cancellations.
How do I find my driver at the airport?
Your driver will be waiting at the confirmed pickup point. We send the driver's contact details beforehand.
How does the booking process work?
Enter your journey details on our booking platform, choose a vehicle and pay online. We confirm the transfer once an approved driver accepts it, or provide a full refund if no driver is available.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. Other payment methods may appear when supported by the payment provider and device.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations made 12 to 24 hours before pickup receive a 50% refund. Later cancellations and missed pickups are not refunded.
